What is Power BI?

Generate 3CX Call Reports in Power BI 

We’ve made it easy for you to generate 3CX call reports via Power BI and benefit from the power of both platforms.  

The process is simple: 

  1. Get a free mConnect trial account 
  2. Configure mConnect in your 3CX server as per email instructions 
  3. Upon successful configuration, login into mConnect 
  4. Navigate to the Power BI menu 
  5. Follow the procedure in Power BI 
  6. Key in your API endpoint URL and click Integrate button 
  7. Make 3CX calls and generate reports from Power BI
