Improved web conferencing with new regional WebRTC servers

Improved Web Conferencing Quality with Regional Servers

We’re always working on ways to make your communication better, more reliable, and with the least number of disruptions and downtime. So, what did we do this time? We worked on improving your web conferencing experience within mConnect’s omnichannel via 3CX.

WebRTC within mConnect’s omnichannel is now installed locally on 3CX. This means that you can select the WebRTC server that is geographically closer to you and ensure that your web conferences are of the highest quality. No more screen freezes and audio delays!

Make sure you have the latest update of mConnect to make use of this new feature.
