Multi-device WhatsApp integration with mConnect omnichannel

New Update adds multi-device support for WhatsApp Integration – BETA

The latest mConnect update in BETA includes multi-device support for WhatsApp. What does this mean? That mConnect can now support up to 4 devices with the WhatsApp integration and you can use linked devices without actually having your phone connected.

An important point to make is that all personal messages, media, and calls are end-to-end encrypted throughout the process.

Try the BETA

To try it you need to first update to the latest version of WhatsApp on your device. And then:

  1. Open WhatsApp > tap More options.
  2. Tap Linked Devices.
  3. Tap Multi-device beta.
  4. Tap JOIN BETA

After joining the BETA, you’ll need to relink your devices.

Note: If you don’t use your phone for more than 14 days, your linked devices will be disconnected.

Let us know how your experience with this BETA goes by emailing us at support@mconnectapps.com.
